Ownership Boundary
Technology remains the property of Source Lead Engine; generated inquiries are owned exclusively by the licensed user.
Service Scope
The Source Lead Engine provides digital infrastructure designed to capture, track, and facilitate responses to business inquiries. This includes the deployment of custom web assets, missed-call recovery automation, and access to the private Operator Console.
The specific features and volume of service are defined by your selected deployment path (License, Integrate, Rebrand, or Acquire).
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided for system configuration and for the timely follow-up on captured inquiries. You must ensure that your use of the system complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including professional licensing and consumer protection standards.
Licensing and IP
Source Lead Engine retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying technology, software, and architectural designs. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the system as part of their business operations. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to replicate the core engine infrastructure.
Data Usage
Operational data (system performance, capture rates, uptime) is monitored to ensure service stability. Inquiry data captured through the system is owned by the user. We do not sell or share this inquiry data as part of a lead marketplace.
Compliance and SMS
If utilizing SMS recovery modules, users are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent is obtained at the point of capture. Source Lead Engine provides the technical framework for consent-aware communication, but the legal obligation to maintain valid consent remains with the user.
Limitation of Liability
Source Lead Engine is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or lead volumes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.
Termination
Either party may terminate service according to the terms specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, access to the Operator Console and automated response modules will be suspended unless otherwise agreed.
